Our purpose is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right to return purchased products. This right shall be regulated by law if the client-consumer (ie an individual who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not indicate in the purchase order form a VAT number) has the right to cancel the purchase contract for any reason. To exercise this right you must send a notice within ten (10) working days with effect from the date of delivery of the goods.
Such notice must be sent by letter addressed to:

You cannot return the goods and claim a refund if the product in question has been customized or modified following the information contained in your order.
Without exception, any return must be approved in advance. Before returning or replacing for any reason a product, you must first contact us by phone, fax or email to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Any package sent us without a Return Authorization Number will be automatically refused and returned to the sender.
In addition, the right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
1. the products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;
2. if present, the label must still be attached to products along with the disposable seal;
3. the products must be returned complete and unused in their original packaging;
4. return products must be sent in one shipment. We reserve the right to not accept products of the same order shipped back at different times;
5. return items must be shipped back within ten (10) working days from the date the package was delivered to you.
If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, solochef will refund the entire price for the returned purchased products You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted. In this case, you may choose to have the products delivered to you by solochef. If you refuse the above delivery, solochef reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products.
Refund Times and Procedures
After solochef has received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, you will receive an e-mail that the returned products have been accepted. Whatever form of payment you used, the refund procedure will start within 30 days from when solochef was informed of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once solochef has checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions.
The shipment, up to the delivery in our warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the customer. We will not respond in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned with shipments not insured.
Customers who purchase with a VAT number are not entitled to return products.
