The offer and sale of products on our website ( "solochef.it") are governed by these General Terms of Sale.

The products purchased on solochef.it are sold directly by LINEA TRE SNC ( "LINEA TRE").

LINEA TRE is registered in the Register of Companies of Florence under no. 04350580488, Tax Code and VAT no. 04350580488th. The headquarters of SOLOCHEF in Italy, is located in Via di Vacciano, 6/e - 50015 Bagno a Ripoli (Florence).

1. Our trade policy

1.1 These General Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, the delivery and the acceptance of purchase orders for products on solochef.it between users and solochef.it LINEA TRE.

1.2 The General Terms do not regulate, however the supply of services or sale of products from third parties other than LINEA TRE that are on on solochef.it through links, banners or other hypertext links. We recommend, prior to order and purchase products and services by entities other than LINEA TRE, to check their conditions of sale, because LINEA TRE shall under no circumstances be deemed liable for the supply of services provided by third parties or for the execution of e-commerce transactions between users of solochef.it and third parties.

2 How to execute a contract with solochef.it

2.1 In order to place an order on solochef.it you must be adult.

2.2 How to make an order:

2.2.1 completing the order form available on the site solochef.it, after registering or creating your personal account, and pressing the "Complete Order" button;

We will not accept orders sent with methods other than those listed above.

2.3 By submitting an order you make a purchase proposal of the products selected on the basis of our terms and conditions. LINEA TRE will be free to accept or not that proposal.

2.4 If the order is accepted, we will provide notice of acceptance by issuing an order confirmation that will be sent via e-mail or, if an e-mail address is not indicated in the order, by fax or mail. The order confirmation will be effective at the time of its submission unless your explicit acceptance is specifically requested; in this case the order will be executed if your acceptance is received within a period of time not exceeding 10 calendar days. If the order should not be accepted, we will contact you via e-mail, fax, phone, or by regular mail.

2.5 Although we are committed to do everything possible to deliver the products listed in the order confirmation, it may happen that we will not be able to provide these products because, for example, these products are not currently in production or temporarily not available at the warehouses of our suppliers, or it might happen that the order is invalid because of a material error in the indication of prices on the site solochef.it. If you experience any of the assumptions above, we will contact you to inform you and suggest alternative products which you could buy. If you feel not to accept our proposals we will cancel your order for the products that we can not supply and refund you the amount paid in relation to your order. In the event that we are not able to deliver products ordered by you, our liability will not go beyond the refund in your favour of the amounts paid by you.

2.6 By using this website and/or printed materials, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless LINEA TRE from any liability resulting from any reason. The information included in this website may contain errors or omissions. All information is subject to change without notice. No warranty is made, either expressed or implied, including no guarantee of fitness for a particular use or purpose.

3 Guarantees and indication of prices of products

3.1 LINEA TRE will do the possibile to ensure that all products are free from production defects and will issue a credit or, alternatively, will replace any product found defective at the condition that the goods are returned respecting the terms and conditions indicated in our 'Return Policy'. All garments are made by third party manufacturers that reserve themselves the right to determine if the garment is defective or not. No other warranty is recognized, neither expressed nor implied, including any warranty of use or fit for a particular purpose.

3.2 The products offered for sale at solochef.it are purchased directly from LINEA TRE from manufacturers and retailers carefully selected for their stringent quality control.

3.3 LINEA TRE does not sell used products or products of lower quality than the corresponding market standards.

3.4 The main features of the products are shown on solochef.it on each product aoge. The products offered for sale on solochef.it may not exactly correspond to the real garments in terms of image and colours due to the Internet browser or monitor used.

3.5 The prices of products may be subject to change. Please check the final price of sale before sending the relevant order form.

3.6 Orders made from countries to addresses to which LINEA TRE cannot ship, will be automatically cancelled.

3.7 Many products come with an identification tag attached with a disposable seal. Do not remove the tag or seal from the purchased products should you wish to return the purchased product.

3.8 Should you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, LINEA TRE has the right to not accept products that are returned without the corresponding tag or seal or that have been altered from their original status or damaged.

4 Payments

4.1 Payment of the product prices and relevant shipping costs must be made by using one of the procedures indicated on the order form.

4.2 In case of payment by credit/debit card, all details (for example, card number or expiration date) will be sent by encrypted protocol to banks which provide remote electronic payment services, without third parties having any access thereto whatsoever. Such details will not be used by LINEA TRE except for performing the procedure relevant to your purchase or issuing refunds in the case of returns, in compliance with the exercise of your return right or for reporting cases of fraud to the police. The price for the purchase of products and the relevant shipping costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to your current account when the purchased products are actually shipped.

5 Prices

5.1 The price of the Products will be shown in the Invoice.

5.2 VAT will be payable at the rate indicated in the Invoice.

5.3 The costs of delivery, if applicable, will be shown in the Invoice.

6 Shipping and delivery of products

6.1 To know the specific method of shipment and delivery of products, you can access the Shipping section. Please pay attention to what is reported in this section because the information supplied shall form an integral and substantial part of these General Terms and, therefore, consider themselves fully known and accepted at the time of transmission of the order form.

6.2 We will use every reasonable effort to deliver your products within 20 working days from the date of the order (30 days in case of customized or modified items). Any date of delivery of products is to be considered as not essential in our favor and will not determine our formal notice. If you have ordered several products at the same time, we may the deliver the products on different days. You can cancel your order at any time before the delivery of the products ordered, unless they are already subject to modification or customization.

6.3 The ownership of the risks of losses related to your products will be transferred to you at the moment of the delivery of the products.

6.4 The invoice or transport document constitute proof of delivery to the carrier.

7 Customer Service

8. Returns

8.1 The return right is governed by law in the case of customer-consumer (ie an individual who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not indicate in the purchase order a VAT number); the customer-consumer has the right to cancel the purchase contract for any reason. To exercise this right you must send a notice to LINEA TRE within ten (10) working days with effect from the date of delivery of the goods. Such notice shall be sent by letter addressed to: Linea Tre snc, Via di Vacciano, 6/e - 50015 Bagno a Ripoli (Fi), Italy.

Note: Customers who purchase with VAT number can not exercise the return right.

8.2 Products customized o modified follwing informatio contained in the order can not be returned.

8.3 Without exception, any refund must be approved in advance by LINEA TRE. Before returning or replacing for any reason a product you must first contact us by phone, fax or email to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Any package returned without a valid Return Authorization Number will be automatically refused and returned to the sender.

8.4 The return right - besides compliance with the terms and procedures described at par. 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3 above - shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

1. products have not been used, worn, washed or damaged;

2. if present, the label must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal;

3. The products must be returned intact and unused in their original packaging;

4. returned products must be sent to LINEA TRE in a single shipment. We reserve the right to not accept products of the same order shipped at different times;

5. returned items must be shipped back to LINEA TRE within ten (10) working days from the date the package was delivered to you.

8.5 If the return right is exercised in conformity with the provisions set forth in this section, LINEA TRE shall refund the amounts paid for the returned products.

8.6 In the event that your return does not comply with the terms and conditions set out in section 8 of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, you will not be entitled to any refund of sums already paid to LINEA TRE; nevertheless, you shall be entitled, at your own expense, to receive the products in the conditions in which they were sent back to LINEA TRE. If you do not wish to receive the products in the conditions in which they were sent back to LINEA TRE, LINEA TRE shall be entitled to keep the products and withhold the sums already received.

9. Refund Times and Procedures

9.1 After the products have been returned, LINEA TRE shall check the conformity of the products with the conditions indicated in section 8 above. When LINEA TRE is able to confirm that such conditions have been met, LINEA TRE shall send you an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the returned products.

9.2 Whatever payment type you used, the refund procedure shall be started by LINEA TRE within thirty (30) days from when LINEA TRE was informed of your decision to exercise your return right, after checking that the return right has been correctly exercised and that the returned products have been accepted.

9.3 If the recipient of the products indicated in the order form is different from the individual who made the payment for such products, the amount paid for returned items shall be refunded by LINEA TRE to the individual who made the payment.

9.4 LINEA TRE will not be responsible for the shipping costs or for any loss or damage to the products that may occur during the shipment of the goods.

10. Privacy

10.1 With the submission of your order, you agree that LINEA TRE can store, process and use the data in order to fulfill your order. Some of the information you provide us will be transferred to the company we use for the shipment of products. Behind your specific indication in order and by the submission of the same, you expressly agree that such data could be used by Linea Tre snc or transferred to other companies whose products are available at the site solochef.it to provide from time to time information about other products and services that may be of interest to you. If you do not wish such data to be transferred to these companies to provide information about other products or services solochef or other third parties, you must indicate your refusal in the relevant section of the order form. Upon specific written request, you can obtain a copy of the data that concern you in our possession. The costs will be at your charge. If the data in our possession that you verify might be wrong, we will correct it following your written request. Your personal information, collected with your order will be filed, recorded and treated by Linea Tre snc, owner of the treatment.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by Italian legislative decree 6 September 2005 no. 206 on distance contracts and by Italian legislative decree 9 April 2003 no. 70 on certain aspects related to e-commerce.

12. Amendments and updates

12.1 The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be amended from time to time due to new laws and regulations or other reasons. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be effective as of the date of publication on solochef.it.
